Individual Therapy
Living with ourselves is not always easy. You may find yourself wanting to change something, in how you feel, how you react, or how you connect with others, and carry a quiet sense that something in it runs deeper.
Our inner world is shaped by our earliest relationships, by what we experienced, what we longed for, and what we learned about ourselves and others along the way. These early experiences leave their mark, often in ways we are not fully aware of, influencing how we feel and relate in the present.
How I Work: A Relational Approach
To understand the difficulties you are confronted with, it is often necessary to explore the deeper roots of the problem. This is a gradual process that involves an in‑depth exploration of the self. The relationship that develops between us is central to this process, as it helps illuminate what may also be happening in significant relationships outside the consulting room. This relationship becomes a space where dynamics can be noticed and gradually transformed. This approach is for those who feel ready to do the deeper work and want to understand how they became who they are, not just manage the symptoms of it.
If something in you is ready, I am here.
