I bring a wealth of international experience, having lived and worked in seven countries across three continents. This has given me a unique perspective and a diverse skill set that allows me to connect with clients from a wide range of backgrounds.

I am passionate about helping people understand why they think, feel, and behave the way they do, guiding them in gaining insight into their relationships with themselves and others, and uncover the underlying patterns that shape their experiences.
My therapeutic approach is primarily informed by Psychodynamic and Systemic psychotherapy, two modalities I am deeply passionate about. When working with couples, I integrate knowledge from various therapeutic frameworks, particularly Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). While my core approaches are the ones mentioned above, I occasionally incorporate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) when appropriate, especially in the later stages of therapy if we choose to work toward specific goals.

Before pursuing my true passion for psychology and psychotherapy, I worked as an IT and Math teacher. Although I found teaching rewarding, my heart was always drawn to understanding the human mind. This led me to complete an Honours degree in Psychology and later a Master’s degree in the UK, where I formalized my passion into a professional career.
