My approach is relational, I focus on understanding the deeper dynamics that influence how people feel, behave, and relate to others. This insight allows us to work through unresolved emotions, shift entrenched patterns, and foster more meaningful, authentic connections.

The Starting Point: Your Relationship with Yourself ​
When we think of our relationships, we often forget that the starting point is our primary relationship with ourselves. Our sense of self is shaped by complex emotional dynamics and unconscious patterns, which emerge through our thoughts, feelings, and impulses. In times of stress or feeling overwhelmed, these dynamics can become unbalanced, and when this happens, we may feel disconnected or dissatisfied with ourselves.
This internal dissonance can spill over into our relationships with others, creating challenges in how we relate to our partner or others.
Conversely, a difficult relationship with our partner or others can negatively affect our otherwise good sense of self.
